Depression is not OK!
Depression is never OK, and in fact, you need to get help as soon as possible. There are so many things in life that you could do, and you can list things that you can do in this precious life.
Whoever you are either a celebrity or non-celebrity everyone is able to feel depression. We have lost so many talented artists from Amy Winehouse, Mac Miller, Chester Bennington, Jonghyun, Sulli, Lil Peep and Avici due to depression. I am not saying that it was their fault, the fact is, it was so sad to let these amazing people go while we all know their potential.
To put it short it’s hard to be a public figure, and even a normal person like us it’s such a hard thing to deal with negative comments that hit you all the time. The fact is you can not run away from problems throughout your life.
And it is not your fault to be depressed. But even if you did/do experience depression you are still able to help your self by calling the nearest hotline. Because, as someone that experience depression myself, there are things that you can do to distract your depression. For example, drawing, reading or writing.
But there are artists that are able to bounce back from depression itself, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and Mike Shinoda. The thing is if you know the song/songs that you are listening to are containing too much sadness then you should know that you need to listen to a refreshing song like Chance the Rapper or as I don’t want to approach you guys in a religious way…pray.
I have repeatedly put this song upon this blog, it’s a song by Logic. That everyone is deserved to live and be happy. And one of the thing that we can do is to stop bullying to preclude further victims.
