N.E.R.D music group.jpgBack in 2017, N.E.R.D released the album No One Ever Really Dies. The album also contained featured artists like Kendrick Lamar, M.I.A, Ed Sheeran, Rihanna and Wale.

N.E.R.D is a group composed of Pharell Williams, Chad Hugo, and Shay Haley.  If you are listening to some of their songs included in the newest album, No One Ever Really Dies, N.E.R.D songs are not particularly hip-hop songs. I think that is the reason why I think the album No One Ever Really Dies is unique.

Obviously, on this album (No One Ever Really Dies) you can’t listen to Ed Sheeran’s rap, but you can see how Rihanna is such a versatile artist. I really like on how Rihanna is brought the rap so cool (such a girl crush). I really love Rihanna.

I also in love with the track Kite where Kendrick Lamar featured M.I.A. I think with No One Ever Really Dies, N.E.R.D is trying to cooperate the diversities of the artists too, which I think is super cool. Pitchfork described the album as “They all help elevate an album that is occasionally ineffectual in its attempts at protest music.”

Overall, I really think that this album is awesome, the reason why I rarely gave bad feedback on an album, because I know how hard it is to compile an album. Love it or hate it, everyone got differents perspective out of something.
