Just after the world wide fans of the boy group WINNER commented that the beat of the song belongs to WINNER’s Island, the YouTube Channel of Takashi 6IX9INE actually change it to Island Remix, however the fans found out today that the music video has been blocked by YG Ent. well I guess I can see the ascendancy of K-Pop industry on the music market. As a fan of the group I really suggested that they can make a collaboration, I guess it will fulfill both parties, considering most of the fans are disappointed because of there was no credit to WINNER at first.

YG Ent. need to do justice for WINNER considering the public start to notice them with their music. Also since their Sugarman Episode also captivated the public’s eyes and they wanted the song to be released, but they (YG Ent.) did not released them so at least this song will be for the fans world wide, and in Korea, to make sure that WINNER is not coming to play around 🙂

By the way this is not the first time that YG Ent. having an issue with this, back in 2009 G Dragon was accused of plagiarism of Florida’s song Right Round by Sony. Although the problem was cleared now 🙂 they put a bonus titled track of G Dragon and Florida. So hopefully they’ll have a collaboration too 🙂 however on this case Florida said there is no plagiarism on this case 🙂

Another case is still from YG Ent. Teddy Park who reportedly copying Cheryl Cole’s Fight For This Love, but I mean there is a thin line between plagiarism and inspired. But honestly if there’s no lawsuit against Teddy Park it means that the song was legally sampled, since it okay to sampled a song because there are songs that sounds similar like Dear My Future Husband by Meghan Trainor and Dance With Me Tonight by Olly Murs 🙂
